Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at the nearest authorized shipping point; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
